Host in Grand Junction, Colorado

Co_grand_jim_and_davey I stayed overnight with Jim Komatinsky, a senior planner for Mesa County, and his dog Davey. Jim's worked in Colorado for quite a few years, but enjoys traveling around the U.S. He told me that he and Davey (now 15 years old) have probably logged 100,000 miles together. Jim gave me a couple of suggestions for future places to visit, and also helped me get a better understanding of some of the challenges planners face in Mesa County. See my related post on Boom Times in this part of Colorado.
