I was the overnight guest of Dianne & Frank Casey while in Montrose, Colorado. Frank is the Chairman of the Montrose Planning Commission. Their home has a deck that provides a spectacular view of the mountains -- and I had a chance to chat with Frank as night came on.
Dianne & Frank moved to Montrose several years ago after living in the Phoenix area. They enjoy being in a smaller size city and have become active in various community-related activities.
